Freight Quotes & Pricing
All freight quotes provided by Transmaster are estimates based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary based on actual freight weight, dimensions, accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, and other factors. Quotes are valid for the period specified and are subject to capacity availability.
Liability Limitations
Transmaster's liability for loss or damage to freight is governed by applicable Canadian and US transportation regulations, including the Canada Transportation Act and applicable tariffs. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the freight or the maximum liability specified in our tariff. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.
Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframes specified by applicable regulations. Claims must include documentation of the loss or damage, original freight bill, and supporting evidence. Transmaster will investigate all claims promptly and in good faith.
Dangerous Goods
Shippers are responsible for proper classification, packaging, labeling, and documentation of dangerous goods in accordance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (Canada) and applicable US DOT regulations. Transmaster reserves the right to refuse dangerous goods shipments that do not comply with applicable regulations.
Intellectual Property
